We've 150 students in 5 classes but only 2 teachers, complaints don't work...

There are 150 students in village primary school but we are only two teachers for 5 classes say headmaster from Karva village and panchayat in Rajpur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to Mamta Rajwade. Earlier there were 3 teachers but one got transferred and he has not been replaced. Children are suffering we feel bad but what can we do, he says.
