Got water pipeline after Swara report but it stopped working after 3 weeks...

We had no source of water and after we recorded on Swara a pipeline was laid with a cost of Rs 22 lakhs and water was drawn from 3 kms. Solar power plant was also installed but I am sorry to inform that it ran for 19 days and have stopped functioning from 20th May.
