FRA: Sarpanch's "fruad" not investigated after complaint

Prakash Gupta from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says in his village Sarpanch has sent recommendations under Forest Rights Act for his near and dear ones in a fraudulent way ignoring the needy families. A complaint against it by the Forest committee of the village panchayat has not evoked any action. Now SDM Shyam Singh Painkra is talking about an investigation but all of you are requested to call him at 09584513018to put pressure on him for a fair investigation.
