Khuturam Sunani from Nuapada district of Odisha is telling us about a trip of Chief Minsiter Nabin Patnaik to give compensation to some flood victims. He says CM gave assistance of Rs 20,000 to 13 families and spent many lakhs on his trip on helicopter. Because Odisha is a poor state current CM’s father used to come to assembly by bicycle and rikshaw. Current ministers also abandon these lavish expenditure from the state’s exchequre.
