One hand pump for 25 families, broken, need to get water from 2 kilometers...

Sarla Shriwas is calling from Majharpara under Ajkala village in Batikunthpur block of Korea district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell her that they have only a hand pump in their part of village where 25 families live. They need to walk 2 kms to get water. This was complained to officials but no one is paying attention.
