Transformer burnt from 2 months, living in dark, officers don't listen, Pls help...

Sarla Shriwas is calling from Aajokala village in Baikunthpur block of Korea district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell her that transformer is burnt in their village from last 2 months and people are forced to live in the dark. This was complained to electricity officials many times but no action has been taken.
