Schools conduct entrance test flouting Right to Education!

Khuturam Sunani from Nuapada district of Odisha says Govt had issued a circular that according to Right to Education law there will not be any entrance test in school admission but Govt run Eklavya and Navodaya schools have flouted that rule which has harmed poor students.
