Poles were erected 2 years back, wire pulled and transformer fitted but still there is no electricity and we live in dark, says Baiga adivasis of Banhpani village under Kandwani panchayat, Pandariya block of Kabirdham district, Chhattisgarh to Naresh Bunkar. 45 Baiga adivasi families live on this hilly village next to border with Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh.
