I'm poor, requesting Govt for support to make house from 15 years, no one helps...

Narmada Prasad is calling from Madmada village in Bodla block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where he met Bahadur Shiva who tells him that he is poor and can not make a proper house for his family. He has been requesting Govt from more than 15 years to help him a house which will not leak in rains but no one is helping him.
