Adivasis living on forest land from 2000, No lease yet, Forest dept harassing...

Naresh Bunkar is visiting Piparkachhar village under Dalamahua panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that more than 25 Baiga Adivasi families are living here from 2001 on forest land and they have filled the claim form twice under forest right act 2005 and after getting approval from panchayat but haven’t got land lease yet.
