Naresh Bunkar is visiting Birjunagar village under Putputa panchayat which is surrounded by forest in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who tell him that 36 Adivasi and other caste families live here and survey was done 2 years back but they don’t have electric connectivity till date.
