Forest Rights: Gram Sabha approved but forest dept rejected our applications...

Naresh Bunkar is visiting Birjunagar village under Putputa panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh and talking to adivasis who say 36 adivasi families whose application was approved by village gram sabha has not been approved by forest dept which is illegal as they don’t have such right under forest rights act . This was complained to officials and was also recorded on Swara but no action has been taken. Please call Collector@9425270044 to help suffering Baiga adivasi families. Naresh@8720822286
