Varmey is calling from Atheli village under Semarkhapa panchayat of Mandla distict in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Sunita Nageshwar who tells him that village is slowly loosing common grazing grounds. Though Gram Sabha has passed resolution otherwise officer is insisting on making a Govt building on grazing ground ignoring Gram Sabha resolution.
