Half our village don't have ration cards, we also don't have toilets, please help...

Traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra Kalawati Garhewal has reached Mohania village in Barhul panchayat of Jaba tehsil in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh where village women tell her that around half of the 300 houses in the village don’t have ration cards.
