Hand pumps broken, fetching water from far, officers don't respond, Pls help...

Sarla Shrivas traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Mohania village in Barhula panchayat in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where village women tell her that hand pumps are broken in village and they fetch water from far.
