Kopa Kunjam bail: Court asks state to reply in two weeks

Himanshu Kumar from Delhi is telling us about the hearing on bail application case of tribal activist Kopa Kunjam. Pleading the case of Kopa advocate Colin Gonsalves argued that the state has arrested Kopa alleging abduction of two people while one of them have given statement in court saying that Kopa tried to fight against their abduction. The lawyer for Chhattisgarh govt argued that Kopa is a Maoist. Court has asked to reply Chhattisgarh Govt within two weeks. For more Himanshu ji can be reached at 09013886571
