Half of us don't have ration cards, all paid bribe a year ago, still no progress...

Traveling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awreness Yatra Kalawati Garhewal has reached Sonapokhar village in Jankahai panchayat in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where village women tell her that half the people don’t have ration card in village. Around a year back they paid Rs 1500 each as bribe but still no progress. They don’t get kerosene so are forced to burn wood from forest in night.
