Earlier used to get 35 kgs subsidized grain, now get 5 kgs, officers don't help...

Jagdish is calling from Dabhaura in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to a widow Beva Raghurai who tells him that her Antyodaya card was made under National Food Security Act 2013 which has got converted in BPL so now she is getting 5 Kg food grain which is not sufficient.Earlier she used to get 35 kgs.
