10 handpumps for 2000, 6 broken from year, we fetch water from far, pls help...

Ravikant Pandre has reached Shehajar village in Ghugri block of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh where a villager tells him that there are 10 hand pumps in the village but only 4 of them are in running condition rest 6 are broken from more than a year so 2000 villages are suffering.
