7 working hand pumps for 1800, many need to get water from river from far...

Ravikant Pandre traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Doladar village in Ghuguri block of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that there are 13 handpumps for 1800 people in but only 7 are functional.
