Ravi Pandre traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Bhalapuri village of Pardiya panchayat, Samnapur block, Dindori district in MP where villagers say electricity dept is imposing heavy bills on them. Those who have single bulb were also levied high bills without checking meter reading.
