Only ambulance in hospital being used for scheme for children, others suffer...

Rajkumar is visiting Hunterganj Community Health center in Chatra district of Jharkhand and talking to Health officer who says the only ambulance in the hospital has been deployed for Rashtriya Bal Swasthya yojna a new scheme for health of children though the scheme has provision for vehicle which is being allegedly misused by higher officers.
