Umeshwari Dugga has reached Kottagudem village of Gummugudem panchayat, Kukunur tehsil, West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh where villagers tell her in Gondi that 30 Adivasi families are living here from 15 years who came from Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh but there is no handpump.
