We've got electricity but dept sending arbitrary bills without taking any reading...

Ravikant Pandre traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awarenss Yatra has reached Kutela village under Keolari panchayat in Samnapur block of Dindori district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that they have got electricity now but dept does not take readings so we are paying arbitrary bill.
