Ravikant Pandre traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Kumhali village and panchayat in Mawai block of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that there are 18 hand pumps in the village but 10 of them are broken from long.
