Handpump broken for 6 months, CM helpline says it's repaired but that's false...

Ramakrishna Verma is calling from Raktamajan village of Gange panchayat, Majhgava tehsil, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says a hand pump in dalit colony is broken for 6 months. They complained on CM’s help line 181 bearing 875729 complaint number. Later they were told the hand pump has got repaired which on ground is false.
