Worked in NREGA 4 years ago, No wages yet, No job card either, Please help...

Ramavtar is calling from Chulkhari village of Jaithari thana, in Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh and says he had worked for 8 days under NREGA 4 years ago but didn’t get wages. Sarpanch said wages were issued but I found nothing in my bank account. I also don’t have a Job card which I had applied 2 years ago.
