Brijesh is calling from electricity board office in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh and talking to farmers, laborers who are protesting against false electricity bills and other demands. They allege that people using single electricity bulb are getting 1-2000 rupees bill and in many places transformers are burnt and there is electricity for a long time and electricity dept officials are not listening to complaints by poor farmers and laborers.
