It takes 4 hours to get dirty water from well, handpump broken, no one helps...

Ramashankar is calling from ward no 12 of Jirauhan village, Jaba tehsil, Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers are in a queue at a dirty well kilometer away where they take 3-4 hours to get any water. Only hand pump for 167 dalit and adivasis is broken and they have called CM help line many times but no one helps.
