Live report from electricity office in MP: We've no electricity but getting bills...

Brijesh Singh is calling from Raipur Karchuliyan electricity dept office in Rewa district, MP and talking to villagers of Bilha under Koshta Panchyat who’ve gathered in protest false bills. They say transformer broke a year back, none have electricity but dept has imposed bills on all of us and issued notices for not paying them. This is really insane and we demand for a survey.
