We're all poor, only 10% have BPL cards, many don't have normal ration cards...

Kalavati Garhewal traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Kadak village of Chiri Panchayat, Kudu block, Lohardaga district in Jharkhand and talking to women who tell her that 55 poor families live there but only 5 of them poses BPL cards. many don’t have even a normal ration card.
