Itwari : Farmer festival on Sundays of no work in monsoon

Rajim ji from Pithora in Chhattisgarh is talking to an old man who is telling her about Itwari festival where farmers take a day off for 3/4 Sunday’s during monsoon and do not go to work. On this day they worship for the safety of the land and agriculture and also worship Indra the rain God. He says there is an announcement regarding the festival that a person found working on the festival day will be fined. He also talks about bad monsoon this year.
