10 handpumps for 550 families, 6 broken from long, rest get dry in summer...

Ravikant Pandre has reached Mishri village in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that there are 10 handpumps in the village for 550 families but 6 of them are broken from long and remaining 4 get dry in summer.
