Ravikant traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Charpada village under Baithat panchayat in Kisko block in Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that there are 4 handpumps for 35 families but 3 are broken from long.
