Sarla Shriwas traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Tisiya Dumartoli village under Pakhar panchayat in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where village women tell her that they have a hospital in the village of 437 families but doctors comes once or twice in a week.When they go with a patient hospital is often closed.
