Lack of connecting road obstructs development of village

Bineshwar Nayak from Ramgarh district of Jharkhand is telling us how absense of a good connecting road to his village is obstructing development there. He says 4000 people live here but no vehicle can come to our village. Students can not go to good school, farmers can not take their crops to market and no body wants to get married in our village.
