Kamalkant Saiyam traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Ghotap Nagpur village under Pakhar panchayat in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that 71 Adivasi families live here but only 20 of them have Below Poverty Line card.
