Computers not working so no treatment in hospital today!

Bhagirath Verma is visiting the Govt hospital in Raipur today. In hospital the computers are not working and in Outdoor patient department it is not allowed to make appointment slips by hand. So patients are waiting and doctors also sitting idle too. He interviews some angry relatives of patients and says when computers are not working then making slips by hand should be allowed.
