Govind Pandro traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Nagram village under Irubendi panchayat in Burgumpad tehsil of Khammam in Telangana where villagers tell him that 150 adivasis live here but they don’t have electric connection so they need to buy kerosene @Rs 25/ liter.
