Chandmani Shandil traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Gulraon village under Tarkatkochcha panchayat in Goelkera block of West Singhbhum district in Jharkhand where village women tell her that more 2000 Gond Adivasis live here and many are not getting subsidized foodgrains because they don’t have Below Poverty Line card.
