Our village school building work started in 2004, not completed yet, pls help...

Mohan Kumara traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Olamadry village in Indravelly tehsil of Adilabad district in Telangana where villagers tell him in Gondi that their village school building construction work was started in 2004 but still not completed.
