We've borewell but connecting pipe is broken, officers don't listen, pls help...

Kalawati Garhewal traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Bhathatola basti under Siliponji village in Gurundiya block of Sundargarh district in Odisha where a village woman tells her that 17 Adivasi families live here and they have a borwell but pipe is broken and villager are suffering.They requested to Sarpanch many times but he doesn’t respond.
