Naresh Bunkar is visiting Bijrakachhar village and panchayat in Lormi block of Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that 300 of them had worked in road construction for 15 days at different places under NREGA in April 2014 but are still waiting for their wages and due amount is more than Rs 18 lakhs.
