Govt built water tank 4 years ago but forgot to lay pipeline so we get no water...

Ramesh Kasa traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Markaguda village in Indravelli tehsil of Adilabad district in Telangana where Adivasi villagers tell him in Gondi language a water tank was constructed 4 years back but pipeline was not laid thus there is no water and 500 villagers are suffering.
