In District hospital condoms available only in office hours!

Sant Kumar from Ganiari in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh says in District hospital condom is only available to people in the office hours. There is no other way to distribute free condoms to people in the hospital. Authorities say they need to register names of people who take condoms so they can not give it in non office hours.
