We've spent lots of money visiting officers, still don't have electricity, pls help...

Dilip Behera is visiting Madangi Dabima village under Kotgarh panchayat and block of Kandhmal district in Odisha where villagers tell him that 50 BPL families live there but they don’t have electric till date under Biju Gramya Jyoti Scheme. They have complained to Collector and BDO many times spending lots of money on traveling by villagers but no action has been taken. You are requested to call Collector@9437023381 to help.
