Electric poles're erected 2 years ago in our village, there's no electricity yet...

Sunil Kumar traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Kuchaipadar village in Kashipur block in Raygada district in Odisha where Somnath Manjhi tell him that electric poles were erected 2 years ago in their village but still they don’t have connectivity and are also facing difficulties for water.
