Dilip Behera traveling with CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Sagda panchayat where he meets Mugen Manjhi from Udrum village under Sagda Panchayat in Bhawanipatna block of Kalahandi district in Odisha and says 5 km road to their village is in bad condition.
