Can't avail many govt schemes because we don't have aadhar card, pls help...

Dilip Behera is calling from Lanjigarh village and block in Kalahandi district in Odisha and talking to villagers who tell him that they are waiting for Aadhar cards from last 1 year but that still has not been made and they are suffering because many of the Govt schemes are now linked to Aadhar number and they can’t avail the same in absence of Aadhar cards.
