20 of us worked for Govt in 2011 for 4 weeks, waiting for wages, please help...

Mohan Yadav is visiting Belach village in Chhapka block of Sondbadra district in Uttar Pradesh and talking to Rajaram who tell him that 20 of them had worked for Govt in 2011-12 for about 3 to 4 weeks but are still waiting for their wages even after 3 years and are forced to borrow to survive.
